As a subcontractor for the construction of the new Multnomah County Health Headquarters in downtown portland MEI performed the sitework portion including 4000 CY of mass excavation, demolition and removal of pavement, curbs, concrete, trees and rock as well as the installation of foundations, pavement and temporary construction roadways.
