Our Safety Director is highly interactive with a clear vision of Hazard Identification processing and has put significant investment in training. MEI has created a CDC informed procedure with a bonus vaccination incentive. Eric keeps the leadership team filled in on job site safety updates to for informed decision making. Through diligent leadership, training, and planning; our EMR 0.62 and TRIR 1.82 are far below national industry averages.
