Eagles Landing is a project which included civil site improvements on a 10 acre site.

The project entailed mass grading and constructing soil treated structural fills for all 115 units. We provided extensive wetland mitigation construction and wetland planting. MEI Group installed underground pre-cast storm water storage vaults,  public and private utilities, and franchise utilities.

The project required approximately 20,000 square feet of retaining walls throughout the site.

MEI Group installed all of the curbs and sidewalk structures as well as constructing 3/4 mile of full street improvements including storm drainage and paving.
