This environmentally complex project involved site clearing, demolition, erosion control, and grading. Public infrastructure work included the installation of sanitary sewer & water supply systems, buried utilities and underground structures, and landscaping.  The final phase of the project included the construction of an 88-acre parking lot consisting of placing eight inches of crushed rock base and six inches of asphalt pavement.
